Barclaycard business Visa Corporate Card

The business account card can be used to:

  • Book, guarantee and pay for accommodation, food and drinks and meeting rooms
  • Control bookings centrally or issue individual account cards to employees
  • Accurate and effective control of employee expenses, with limits chosen by you and monthly statements detailing what's spent where
  • Access to dedicated in-house, UK-based customer service support
  • Total protection for your business, at home and abroad, through free online fraud protection, chip and PIN, a Card Protection Plan and more
  • Management information tailored to your business

You decide which members of your staff are authorised to use the card. There is no limit to the number of accounts/cards your business can have and these can be allocated to individuals. Your cardholder's purchases are automatically charged to your dedicated corporate account number. Payment is normally taken via direct debit 14 days after your statement is issued.

Barclaycard Business Travelodge cards are also accepted at over 30 million outlets worldwide and 700,000 ATMs, if you want the cardholder the flexibility to withdraw cash. All of these benefits are available at £32 per card per annum.

Please download both application forms below. The Corporate and Cardholder application forms must both be filled in for all new accounts. If a company requires more than one card for employees then an additional Cardholder application form must be filled in for each additional card required.

All Travelodge hotels in the UK offer WiFi internet access for customers with a wireless-access enabled laptop computer or device*. This service in association with Spectrum Interactive. Charges are payable in advance using a credit card, based on the initial time that you register for the service and log on. More information on WiFi service.

Just as you'd expect, every Travelodge room has a TV, so you don't miss your favourite soap, the news or sport on TV or radio, including digital services at most hotels free of charge.
