Can I cancel or amend a Saver or Sale rate booking?
Payment for Saver and Sale rooms will be taken at time of booking using a debit/credit card and cannot be refunded. It is possible to cancel a Saver or Sale room using the Manage your bookings section but cancelled rooms are non-refundable. If you want a room that is refundable should your plans change, you can book a Flexible rate room. You can make the following modifications to a Saver / Sale rates booking using the Modify your booking option on the website but only in advance of the date of arrival and only subject to the rates being available on the amended dates. Amendments must be made in advance of the date of stay as follows: £29,39,49 and 59 rates 7 days in advance, £19 rates 21 days in advance. You can change the room type or date of arrival for a £5 booking amendment fee. You can increase the length of stay by purchasing additional nights for the same rate. You can reduce the length of stay but will not receive a refund for the nights no longer required. All amendments are subject to availability at the time of amendment
Can I cancel or amend a booking?
Flexible Rate bookings - Yes, you can cancel or amend Flexible rate bookings you have made online by visiting the Manage your bookings section. Bookings need to be cancelled before 12 noon on the day of arrival. If you have a My Travelodge account, then you can also log in and follow the links in the My bookings section of the My Travelodge area. I've missed the first night of a single or multi night stay. Will my reservation be cancelled?
If you fail to arrive for the first night, or subsequent nights, of a multi night reservation then you will not be entitled to a refund for these room nights. Should you arrive on any night of your multi night stay you will be accommodated within the hotel, with no additional payment being required. Should you need to cancel your reservation having missed any period of your multiple night reservation you must do so by contacting our customer services team. You will only be entitled to a refund for the balance of the reservations (from the point of contacting us) and in relation to a flexible rate booking.
I've booked a room and breakfast, but I no longer require breakfast. Can I cancel the breakfast?
No. The online discount of 10% means breakfast cannot be cancelled separately from the room
If I modify my booking, will I have to re-book breakfast?
No. If you modify a room by changing the date of arrival, the breakfast(s) will also move to the new arrival date. If you extend the length of stay, the cost of the additional nights breakfast(s) will be added to the total charge of the amendment
Is the WiFi service refundable if I change my mind?
The WiFi service is charged in chunks of time. Once you log on for the first time and begin using the service the time will start to elapse regardless of whether you continue to use the service or not. Customers can access the service from any hotel within the purchased time so if, for instance, you purchased a week of WiFi you could move between hotels during the week and continue to use the internet service.
