What is My Travelodge?
My Travelodge is a service offered to any customer of Travelodge who register their details on the website. This replaces Membership from February 2007. Registration for My Travelodge happens either automatically when a customer makes a purchase for the first time or by completing the My Travelodge registration page. Existing 'member' accoutns have been automatically moved to My Travelodge with no change to username or password.
What are the benefits My Travelodge?
Customers registered for My Travelodge have a variety of benefits: Faster, easier booking online as all your details are remembered. View, amend and cancel your bookings easily online. Register up to two email addresses and decide where your booking confirmation emails are sent. Enter exclusive My Travelodge competitions and access fantastic offers and promotions for days out in the UK. Faster easier telephone booking, use your registered details to speed up booking with LISA. Register to receive FYI, the regular Travelodge email with news, offers and advance warning of promotions.
How can I register for My Travelodge?
Registration for My Travelodge is a quick and simple process. Either make a room booking and your details will automatically be used for registration or visit the My Travelodge registration page for full details.
How do I register for free regular email updates of latest news and promotions?
You will be asked to sign up to the email during registration, or you can sign up at any time by changing the settings under My contact preferences when you are logged in to My Travelodge. If you wish to stop receiving emails you can either change your settings here or follow the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email. Please note: you cannot unsubscribe from booking confirmation, cancellation or modification emails.
Do I need to be registered for My Travelodge in order to make a booking?
No, you can still search for rooms without being registered. However, if you are not already registered and you make a booking you will automatically be registered for My Travelodge. The details used during booking will be used to create your account in My Travelodge. Once you have a My Travelodge account, remember to log in before making your booking to makes things faster and easier and in order to manage your bookings online in the 'My Travelodge' section of the website.
What happens to the details I use when I am registered for My Travelodge?
Can I have my details removed from My Travelodge?
If you wish to view, delete or amend any of the information we hold on you, this can be done by contacting us in writing at the address provided below. I'm registered for My Travelodge and I've forgotten my password
Visit the My Travelodge section of the website and enter your email address into the box under 'Forgotten your password?'. Your password will be sent to your email address.
I'm registered for My Travelodge and want to change my password
Log in to the website using your current username and password and click on the 'Change my password' link to the right of the page.
I'm registered for My Travelodge and need to change my details (including my email address)
Log in to the website using your current details and click on the links on the right of the page. 'Edit my personal details' will allow you to edit your personal details such as title and name. 'Edit contact details' will allow you to edit, add or remove email and postal addresses which are used for your bookings. 'Edit my preferences' will allow you to request emails with the latest offers, news and promotions direct to your inbox, as well as specify a mobile number for use with SMS services.
My booking is not appearing on the 'My bookings' section of My Travelodge, what can I do?
When making a booking, you need to be logged in to My Travelodge when the booking is completed. You can log in at any time from any page on the website or before you complete your details at the end of the booking. When booking with LISA you must be identified successfully for your booking to appear.
How can I associate a booking I made whilst not logged in to appear in My Travelodge?
If you have made a booking whilst not logged in that does not appear on My Travelodge is it possible to associate that booking with your profile. First log in to My Travelodge, then access the booking details using the modify your booking option from the navigation bar at the top of each website page. You will need to identify the booking using the confirmation number (which is on the confirmation email you received when making the booking) and either your surname, credit card number or the name of the hotel you have booked. Once you have accessed the booking, it will automatically be associated with you're My Travelodge account.
