Sian Townsend is a freelance writer who works across a range of subjects but feels most at home writing about food and drink. She started her career at Waitrose Food Illustrated before moving on to local publications, including Cambridge Agenda and Cambridge Edition. She is a director of Eat Cambridge, the city’s first proper food and drink festival which runs each May.
