Grant Hearn,
Chief Executive Officer
Grant has a wealth of experience in the hotel and travel industry and started his career as an Assistant Hotel Manager. Grant joined Travelodge in March 2003 from the Hilton Group where he was Managing Director for the UK and Ireland. Previously he has worked for Whitbread where he held the position of Managing Director for Travel Inn and before this the position of Chief Operating Officer for the Marriott brand.
He is married with three children and is a Fellow of the H.C.I.M.A.
Guy Parsons,
Chief Operating Officer
Guy joined Travelodge in October 2004 from TGI Friday where he was Managing Director. Guy has vast experience of the UK hotel industry. Previous positions include Sales & Marketing Director for Whitbread Hotel Company, Marketing Director for Travel Inn and Director of Operations for Accor.
As Travelodge Chief Operating Officer, Guy has group-wide responsibility for operations throughout the Travelodge estate.
Guy graduated from Leeds University with a degree in History. He is married and has five children.
Guy sits on the Travelodge board.
Paul Harvey,
Director of Property & Development
Paul joined Travelodge in October 2006 from Hilton International where he has worked for over seven years in a variety of senior positions including Vice President, Japan & Micronesia, MD for Livingwell and Hilton UK Finance Director. Prior to this he worked for Meridien, Forte London and Grosvenor House Hotel.
As Director of Property & Development, Paul will be responsible for delivering our ambitious expansion target of 70,000 rooms by 2020.
Paul sits on the Board and lives with his partner in London.
Jon Mortimore,
Chief Financial Officer
With a background of working for blue chip companies, Jon joined the Travelodge executive team in November 2003 from WH Smith UK Retail where he was the Finance Director. As well as heading up the finance team he is also responsible for the IT function at Travelodge.
He sits on the Travelodge board and is married with two children.
