1. To enter simply email your name, postal address and daytime contact telephone number, plus the location where you found this tag to balloonrace@travelodge.co.uk. No purchase necessary.
2. There is one prize consisting of a 2 night stay for two at a Travelodge of choice. Two children may accompany as part of the prize. Prize does not include breakfast, pets or any other extras.
3. The prize must be claimed within 28 days of contact. Winners can pick a date up to 6 months from this date. 
4. The prize promotion is open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland, and Wales) aged 18 and over except employees and their immediate families of Travelodge, More Creative Ltd, their agents or anyone professionally connected to the prize promotion.
5. Only one entry per person for the duration of the competition. Only the first entry made by a participant will be accepted and all other entries will be disqualified.
6. No third party or bulk entries. If it becomes apparent that either a participant or household is using any means to circumvent this condition such as, and without limitation, multiple email accounts, multiple reproduced or computer generated entries, fraudulently falsifying data, acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the promoter or otherwise acting in violation of these terms, these participants will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void.
7. Proof of transmission is not proof of receipt. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are incomplete, corrupted, delayed, wrongly delivered, or not received for whatever reason.
8. There is no cash or alternative to the prize stated. No part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions.
9. The promoter’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
10. The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should circumstances outside their control make this necessary.
11. The winners will be contacted within 28 days of the 26th May 2014 by email or phone. If contact cannot be made within a further 28 days, then a second winner will be chosen based on the second furthest distance a returned tag travelled. 
12. The winners agree to take part in publicity relating to this prize draw with no further recompense. Copyright in all material submitted as entries rests with the promoter.
13. Winners’ names and counties are available 28 days after closing date. Send a sae to Travelodge prize draw, Marketing, Travelodge Hotels Ltd, Sleepy Hollow, Aylesbury Road, Thame, Oxon, OX9 3AT. On entry, winners agree for their name and county of residence to be shared with anyone who requests the winners’ details.
14. The winners’ details will be passed onto a third party for purposes relating to the administration and management of the prizes, by entering the prize promotion, you consent to your details being shared in this way.
15. When you submit any materials via the promotion, you thereby licence and grant the promoter, its affiliates and sub-licensees an exclusive, royalty free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable and sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish and display such content for any purpose in any media, without compensation, restriction on use, attribution or liability. You agree not to assert any moral rights in relation to such use, where moral rights in respect of the content are yours to assert. You warrant that the entry is your original works and that it has not been copied, in whole or in part, from any other material and that you have the full authority to grant these rights to the promoter.

17. Participants are also included in the promoter’s newsletter list to receive notice of promotions, specials and new additions to the promoter’s website via email. Entrants may unsubscribe from this news list by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email received.
18. The entry instructions form part of the terms. By entering, you agree to accept and be bound by the terms. 
19. The promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties but will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment.
20. The application and interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute concerning them.
