Good Friday – 3rd April 2026<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

\"PenguinsKick off the weekend with a bit of \u2018egg-sploration\u2019 at the world\u2019s oldest scientific zoo! The Zoonormous Egg Hunt at London Zoo<\/span><\/a> is a fantastic way to see the animals while keeping the competitive spirit alive. Kids can solve riddles and hunt for giant hidden eggs to win a chocolate treat. Since it\u2019s London Zoo\u2019s<\/span><\/a> 200th birthday, keep an eye out for special anniversary history tours and the new heritage exhibition on the main lawn.<\/h4>\n

Afterwards, take a stroll along Regent\u2019s Canal or through the glorious Regent\u2019s Park and head toward Central London. Here you\u2019ll find plenty of attractions, including the British Museum<\/span><\/a>, the Natural History Museum<\/span><\/a> and the National Gallery<\/span><\/a>.<\/h4>\n

\"OxfordSaturday is all about the Thames! The Oxford vs. Cambridge Boat Race<\/span><\/a> is a quintessentially British tradition. For 2026, the Women\u2019s race kicks off around 2:21 PM, followed by the Men\u2019s race at 3:21 PM.<\/h4>\n

Head to the Fan Zones in Bishop\u2019s Park (Fulham) or Furnival Gardens (Hammersmith). These are very family-oriented, with big screens and plenty of street food. Watching the sleek boats fly past while the crowd cheers is a memory the kids won’t forget!<\/h4>\n

Since you’re in West London, you can spend the rest of your day exploring the leafy streets and lovely family-run cafes of Chiswick or grabbing a riverside bite at one of the historic pubs in Hammersmith while you watch the sunset over the Thames.<\/h4>\n
