Jessica, Hotel Manager

Jessica joined Travelodge back in 2013 as a Receptionist after always being in a customer-facing position in the retail or beauty industry. After a year and a half, Jessica left the business to join another hospitality brand where she gained management experience. She came back to Travelodge as a Hotel Manager and has been successfully delivering great customer service. Jessica is as brilliant with her team as she is with a knitting needle.

    Jessica joined the business in 2013 as a Receptionist at our 120-bed hotel in the heart of Manchester and instantly loved making sure that customers had the best stay possible.

    Jessica came back into the business as the Hotel Manager for Manchester Trafford Park, our 54-bed hotel, where she was able to see how much Travelodge had changed in the 2 years she’d been away.

    Her next challenge was to see what it is like in our busy 120 bed bar cafe Manchester Central hotel as the Assistant Hotel Manager – and she is doing a great job at coaching the team to deliver outstanding service to every customer.
