    Gustavo, Hotel Manager

    Gustavo is passionate about people, whether that’s his 13-year-old daughter or his 40 Hotel Team Members at Windsor. He started with Travelodge as a Night Hotel Team Member and was quickly recognised for his hard work. He is now managing our very busy hotel in the heart of Windsor which is almost always full.

      Jun 2013 - Jun 2014

      Gustavo started as a Night Hotel Team Member and quickly developed through the Management Development Programme whilst working in this 121-room busy bar cafe hotel located perfectly for commuters into Central London.

    • Hotel Manager, Beaconsfield

      Jun 2014 - Aug 2015

      Our 27-bedroom hotel located in a quiet market town was perfect for Gustavo’s first management role, where he learnt from others and quickly developed his own management style.

    • Hotel Manager, Borehamwood

      Aug 2015 - Aug 2016

      Gustavo then went on to build a brilliant team of 30 Hotel Team Members in the 96-bed bar cafe hotel that delivers great TripAdvisor ratings.

      Gustavo then secured his current role in the heart of the gorgeous town of Windsor, managing 113 bedrooms, a bar cafe and consistently delivering great brand standards.
