Jessica, Hotel Manager

With three new openings under her belt, Jessica has made a huge impact here at Travelodge. She started as a Hotel Team Member and is now managing a busy hotel on the outskirts of London – whilst running a second business too.

  • Team Member - MDP, Uxbridge

    Nov 2008 - Nov 2010

    Jessica joined the business as a hotel Team Member in our 121-bedroom hotel in Uxbridge, surrounded by a shopping centre, which was perfect for Jessica to learn the ropes of Travelodge.

  • Assistant Hotel Manager, Heathrow T5

    Nov 2010 - Apr 2012

    After getting onto the Management Development Programme and proving her ability, Jessica then became the Assistant Hotel Manager of the busiest airport site with its 297 rooms, huge team and very large bar cafe; our Heathrow T5 hotel.

  • Hotel Manager, Balham

    Apr 2012 - Oct 2014

    Her first management role was in our 90-bed hotel in the Balham area, where she built an excellent team and seized the opportunity to learn from everyone around her.

  • Hotel Manager, Langley and Staines as a dual site

    Oct 2014 - Mar 2015

    After succeeding at Balham, Jessica took on the challenge of managing a dual site, with 122 rooms across Langley and Staines. She had to ensure that both hotels ran efficiently and delivered the best service.

  • Hotel Manager, Wembley High Road

    Mar 2015 - Nov 2016

    Our Wembley High Road Travelodge hotel, an event-driven hotel close to Wembley Stadium, was Jessica’s next step, at our 86-bed bar cafe hotel. This was a brilliant new opening for the brand and built further her knowledge and skills.

    Nov 2016 - Present

    Another new hotel under her belt, Jessica has now helped successfully open our Finchley Travelodge, recruiting a brilliant team to run the 128-room hotel.
