Sofia, Hotel Manager

Coming from a hotel background, Sofia had a great depth of knowledge around Housekeeping. She joined the business and quickly discovered that her passion lies with every aspect of running a hotel, from the first interaction with people to delivering results. She has been involved with opening and supporting some of our hotels over the years and is currently running one of the largest event-driven hotels in London, whilst managing to attend every MMA event her children compete in.
