Tin Tin, Hotel Manager

Tin Tin joined the business as an Assistant Hotel Manager and quickly progressed to become a Hotel Manager of a busy bar cafe hotel. Fifteen years and two children later, Tin Tin has progressed through some of our busiest and most high-profile hotels, and now works in our West London hotels developing great talent.

  • Assistant Hotel Manager, Heathrow Central

    Aug 2002 - Sept 2005

    Tin Tin’s first role was in the challenging Heathrow Central hotel with its 307 bedrooms. Always one of our busiest bar cafe hotels, it has plenty of challenges and she coached the team to ensure they put the customers at the heart of everything they did.

    Sept 2005 - Dec 2008

    Opening a brand-new hotel right next to Twickenham stadium, Tin Tin recruited and trained a huge team to run the 111-bed bar cafe hotel.

    Dec 2008 - Jan 2011

    She then moved back to where she started at our Heathrow Central 307 bed hotel, gaining more experience and ensuring she delivered on her targets.

    Her first Hotel Management role saw Tin Tin claiming the title of Best Performing Hotel within the whole business, where she ensured that her 78-bedroom hotel ran perfectly.

    In the heart of West London, Tin Tin built an excellent team and created a fun and engaging environment at the 113-bedroom bar cafe hotel.
