    The face of Travelodge. The people who make our customers feel warm and welcome during their stay. Join us in one of these roles and you could work on the check-in desk, greeting customers and helping them with any queries they have. Or you might have Bar Café duties, preparing and serving food and drinks, and keeping up to speed with any maintenance or service issues.     Guest Room Cleaner

    The REVENUE MANAGEMENT team plays a critical role in analysing data from all our hotels. This means looking at brand, region and hotel trends, and creating action plans and rate strategies to drive revenue growth. The team uses the very latest software, statistical insight and operations research techniques to support them with pricing strategies, and is always looking for versatile people who can analyse trends and come up with the pragmatic solutions we need to drive future success.

RESOURCING focuses on finding the right sort of people to join us, while LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT provides the training and induction that teaches people to deliver brilliant service. HR experts support managers and teams with the technical and practical knowledge they need to deal with a whole range of issues, and ADMINISTRATION professionals offer support to new contacts, leavers and employee relations. If you’re a generalist or above, knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a must, but most important of all is a sympathetic ear and diplomatic approach to everything you do.

If you’d prefer to be out in the field, visiting hotels and advising colleagues, maybe a role in the HEALTH & SAFETY team would be for you. CUSTOMER SERVICES looks after all our customers’ queries, and anyone who works in this area must be friendly, approachable and above all, happy to take a compliment (and the occasional not-such-a-compliment).

    Our IT team are pivotal in the success of Travelodge — with 95% of customers using our website booking system it requires expertise to maintain and develop the technology.  We look for technical know-how in specialist areas as well as working as part of a team and across other teams in the business.  From complex networks and hotel booking systems to simple PCs, our IT team keeps all our systems operational, and no problem’s ever too small. We also have a growing development team that is working on new platforms that will ensure our customers can access their bookings super-fast.

    Our PROPERTY team are always on the lookout for new properties to add to our portfolio, and it’s their job to find locations and keep on top of every opportunity that arises.  They also make sure our buildings are built to the very highest standards. TECHNICAL SERVICES are keeping an eagle eye on our massive modernisation programme. They’re also responsible for maintaining the high quality of our hotels and ensuring that rooms and public areas continue to look their best for every single one of our customers.

    Maintenance Team

    Quick to react. Always delivering a first time fix. Tidy and thorough. The sort of person who knows what needs to be done before being asked and will always be welcomed in by the Hotel Manager. These are the qualities we look for in our MAINTENANCE teams. Whether it’s fixing a tap, an electrical fault or repainting a room, naturally you’ll be expected to observe safe working practices and comply with current H&S legislation. But more than that, you’ll be making sure our customers have a great experience in our warm, bright hotels. So, if you’re working in construction and looking for the stability of full-time work, or simply after something new to wake up to each morning, we want to hear from you.
