Job Description

The job in a nutshell


As Property Administrator your role will be to support the Estates team with the day to day administration of the property capital invoices, general administration and diary management duties.


What you’ll be doing


Supporting the day to day administration and coordination of the Estates team:


  • Accountable for the timely processing and record keeping of the Estates Department invoices, including the submission of approved invoices to meet with AP payment deadlines,
    coordinating any updates and enhancements to the system as necessary.

  • Liaison with key support contacts on a daily basis for smooth delivery of Property functions, including site access arrangements and general queries.

  • Ensure all Legal documents received are promptly dealt with, including arranging for the relevant board member to sign, timely execution and secure postal return as required.

  • Provide timely response to all communications, promoting positive internal and external relations.

  • Assist with diary management for senior personnel within the team, including arranging internal and external meetings.

  • Book travel requirements and accommodation as required for all the team.

  • Process Barclaycard and Expenses for Estates team meeting AP deadlines as necessary.

  • Provide Team communications and co-ordinate accordingly.  

  • Take minutes and circulate action points at Team meetings as required.

  •  Support the Estates Team and cover duties as required.



What we’ll expect from you


This role offers a great opportunity to work with a fast paced and energetic team, getting involved with a number of property activities.  The Property team work remotely, therefore, the role involves regular liaison via email, phone and includes travel to Birmingham. The successful individual will be required to work independently, have good communication and interpersonal skills, work under pressure and handle a wide range of stakeholders.  A large amount of the capital expenditure process is through Google Sheets and Excel so analytical skills and competency of using basic formulas is beneficial.


  • Demonstrable experience in a fast paced administrative role is required

  • Effective communicator both verbal and written

  • Self-motivated with a professional persona and ability to communicate effectively at all levels

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Chrome

  • A good understanding of Google and Google Sheets would advantageous

  • Previous experience working in a Property Environment would be beneficial, but not essential
