Job Description

The job in a nutshell


The Compliance Administrator will be a key advocate for compliance to the business.  Maintaining a programme of review and version control for policies, processes and procedures.


The role will coordinate and advise upon compliance activities for example contract reviews, Legitimate interest and Privacy assessments with business stakeholders to ensure they deliver within planned timescales.


What you’ll be doing:


  • Maintaining a programme of review and version controls for agreed documented policies, processes and procedures


  • Maintaining internal compliance procedures, systems and controls to ensure they are up to date for example financial records


  • Maintenance of statutory registers and records for example the process register, incident register, risk registers, configuration indexes


  • Implement and maintain ongoing compliance calendars


  • Maintain an ongoing programme of both internal and supplier compliance controls for PCI.


  • Coordinate & schedule compliance activities with business stakeholders and external auditors.


  • Preparing for and recording outcomes from meetings


  • Assisting with preparing standard and ad-hoc reports


  • Responsible for monitoring and reporting of compliance risks

What we’ll expect from you


Essential:

  • Highly developed administration skills to facilitate compliance areas.

  • Excellent administration experience with a commercially aware, business focus.

  • Excellent presentation skills.

  • Demonstrable experience of liaison with both internal and external business functions.

  • Ability to prioritise key areas in a busy business environment.

  • Ownership of performance and outcomes


Desirable:

  • Proven multi-site experience preferably in a retail / hospitality company.

  • Ability and willingness to learn and develop.

  • Experience of implementing and maintaining existing processes.
