Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for our talented team to take on a new and varied role.  To succeed in this role you need to have have a passion for customer service whilst able to identify and solve any issues independently. With a primary focus on supporting your Hotel Manager and the smooth operation of the Hotel. Such a diverse role requires an individual with a strong understanding of how their Hotel operates, with an ability to divide their time between the different departments in the Hotel. With exceptional opportunities for progression, this role provides the perfect platform for any ambitious team member.


Responsibilities include;


  • Ensuring customer satisfaction remains high through regularly liaising and engaging with guests and meeting their needs.
  • Identifying and solving problems at speed so as to guarantee the Hotel is always safe and operates smoothly.
  • Provide support to your Hotel Manager taking a lead when the manager is not on shift.
  • Continuously ensuring the hotel and its various departments meet commercial targets through identifying up-selling opportunities and monitoring scorecards.
