The job in a nutshell 


As our People Data and Solutions Analyst, you’ll be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining solutions to empower users to make more optimal, data-driven decisions within the People Team and across the business.


You will have good experience extracting and transforming data and creating reports and dashboards. You will have a working knowledge of programming (VBA) and scripting (GoogleScript) or sufficient related experience in other programming and scripting languages. To maintain existing and new dashboards in our HRIS Analytics & learning systems you will have experience working with MAQL or SQL.


What you will be doing: 


  • Support the People Insights and Analytics Manager in the managing and designing of the People Insights and Analytics suite of reporting, including data sources and governance.

  • Support the development of the People Insights and Analytics data warehouse by identifying and revising reporting requirements.

  • Generate, collate and analyse people data to provide and continuously improve cyclical and ad hoc reporting.

  • Create, develop and maintain People Insights and Analytics solutions including dashboards and scorecards to improve business decision making and provide insightful summary information.

  • Support initiatives for data integrity and governance.

  • Support People Insight and Analytics services provision working with various teams and users across the business.

  • Training end users on new reports and dashboards.


What we’ll expect from you: 


  • Experience of working within a people data analytics environment

  • Good understanding of programming (VBA) and scripting (GoogleScript)

  • Experience of working with MAQL or SQL.

  • Great customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Able to work at pace and in a constantly changing environment

  • Able to re-prioritise and react to ad-hoc requests, whilst maintaining regular responsibilities and a quality service delivery

  • Advanced Excel skills
