The job in a nutshell


As Customer Customer Insight Manager, you will manage the company customer feedback programme and a number of varied projects focused on continuous service improvement and innovation. This is the ideal role for someone genuinely customer oriented and with a unique mix of analytical, organisational and stakeholder management skills.


This role has overall responsibility for ensuring the smooth operation and continued improvement of the NPS programme as well as being an ambassador of the voice of the customer throughout the company

What you’ll be doing


  • Managing the overall NPS and customer satisfaction survey programme 

  • Understanding of the Operations Department responsibilities and Business Goals

  • Generate incisive, engaging reports 

  • To proactively communicate findings to appropriate stakeholders on an ongoing basis to and identify insight gaps in the organisation

  • Ensure the prompt resolution of all technical issues related to the survey portal and dashboard

  • Owns the relationship with the survey programme supplier, including compliance of SLAs

  • Lead the delivery of a number of customer insight related projects and analysis

  • Develop tools and systems to analyse performance

  • Aggregate various data sources into simple & clean reports

  • Build systems to transform raw data into actionable business insights

  • Spot trends and data connections

  • Deep dive into data to discover new metrics for performance drivers

  • Management of existing tools & reports to keep information up to date

  • Utilize data stored in the central data warehouse to unlock meaningful insights into business trends that enable decision makers to act

What we’ll expect from you


  • Passion & Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Proven experience in Analytics or Data Science (eg. regression analysis)

  • Solid experience in data analysis and reporting

  • Spreadsheet skills (Excel / Google Sheets), with knowledge of the all important formulas for data manipulation & visualisation

  • Working knowledge or familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI)

  • Highly numerate and comfortable working with results of numerical analysis


Desirable


  • Extensive experience within customer experience departments

  • Experience of managing and leading projects

  • Knowledge of mapping and streamlining processes

  • Experience of managing senior stakeholders

  • Ability to collect and analyse data from a variety of sources to provide useful insight for project teams

  • Project Management experience in Prince2
