Overall Job Purpose:

Provide administration support to the Sales Team.


  • Manage the day to day requirements of allocated Key Account Manager
  • Process Corporate Tenders (RFP’s)
  • Gather proposal information
  • Meet proposed deadlines by establishing priorities & target dates
  • Prepare high quality & accurate responses to all RFP’s
  • Obtain approvals by reviewing RFP with Key Account Manager & Revenue as appropriate
  • Data analysis of customer management information
  • Ensure Hotel Knowledge Bank is kept up to date and relevant
  • Manage day to day requirements of allocated Key Account Manager
  • Assist Business Support Manager with any departmental administration duties as required
  • Completion of New Supplier forms to include H & S documents, Environmental policies etc. keeping up to date copies of all documentation
