Job Description

Overall Job Purpose:


Take responsibility for administrative project tasks relating to all aspects of change throughout our employees’ journey at Travelodge.

These changes will range from updating employer brand communications, through to reward and recognition, wellbeing and engagement. 


Responsibilities:


  • Creating and managing multiple project plans concurrently 

  • Managing and administering our reward and recognition schemes end to end such as Housekeeping Heroes

  • Managing and coordinating our annual company surveys end to end with our supplier. From question definition, data collection, internal comms, preparing the Exec pack and cascading results  

  • Process invoices and track project spend 

  • Create stakeholder communications and project updates and slide decks

  • Preparation and administration for briefings, steering or working groups (such as preparing materials and coordinating attendance and meetings) 

  • Prepare for and participate in post implementation reviews for projects

  • Management & Team Members (All Levels – Hotel Support Centre & Operations)

  • HR Support Centre Team 

  • Wider HR function Team

  • Central Operations & Internal Communications


Person Specification: Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications


Essential:

  • Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, sometimes ambiguous environment

  • Ability to work on own initiative

  • Ability to analyse data with excellent knowledge of Google sheets or Excel 

  • Good knowledge of Google Suite or Word & powerpoint 

  • Ability to see the bigger picture and how the role may contribute to the overall HR strategy


Desirable:

  • Experience of project administration and coordination across multiple projects at once

  • Excellent knowledge of Google Suite 

  • HR experience

  • Knowledge of HR systems

  • Relevant HR or Administration qualification
