The job in a nutshell 


This is a 6 month contract role to support the People Insights & Analytics function with the administration and coordination of weekly e-learning compliance and reporting activities through guidance and systems training to Hotel Managers, reducing improving compliance and mitigating risk within the People Talent Team. 


Also providing insight to support the activity to build a long term solution. 


What you’ll be doing: 


  • Contact Hotel Managers, through District Managers, to fully understand reasons given as to why e-Learning is not completed to support resolution and prioritisation through guidance and systems training

  • Implement development and systems training actions to address compliance issues

  • Monitor and report the effectiveness of improvement actions

  • Identify and compile accurate data on causes for non-compliance

  • Act as a central point for weekly reporting queries

You will need to have the ability to prioritise administrative activity, by managing incoming workload effectively in a fast paced environment. 


Communication is key in this role, building strong and supportive relationships should come naturally to you, as will working at pace and being inspiring in your delivery. You will have a flair for learning, always putting the customer first and have great attention to detail.
