A great opportunity exists to join our highly dynamic Revenue Management team as a Graduate Pricing Analyst (internally known as Graduate Revenue Analyst) where you will join a fast track development programme that will train and upskill you to support our Area Revenue Team to maximise top line revenue, exceed targets and deliver effective pricing strategies.

This position is based in our office 3 days a week with the option to work from home on the other two.

 

A bit more about the role


  • Managing and quoting for transient group bookings requests for the relevant market using the IDeaS Revenue Management System.

  • Supporting the Revenue Managers with ensuring that all hotels have appropriate inventory on sale, to ensure that offline rooms are kept to a minimum

  • Supporting the Revenue Managers with tactical rate decisions.

  • Performing ad hoc analysis to assist with commercial decision making.

  • Managing the employee discounted room inventory.

  • Planning and support of contract re-negotiations with B2B clients.

  • Good commercial awareness

  • Proactive, self-motivated, enthusiastic, personable and energetic

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.

  • Trained to intermediate level in Excel, and able to work with large data sets.
