Job Description

As a Sales Team Administrator you will be supporting the smooth running of the sales teams by ensuring that all administration tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Using templates to produce Invoices for our Groups Customers.

  • Processing payments from our group customers via our online payment portal.

  • Supporting the collection of outstanding group payments by speaking directly to customers

  • Entering travel agents bookings received via email directly in to bookings in to Central Reservations system (OPERA)

  • Assisting the Groups team with loading rooming lists into OPERA 

What we’ll expect from you:

To succeed in the role, you will  bring your attention to detail and ability to to learn new systems and processes in a fast paced, target driven sales environment. You’ll be comfortable communicating with colleagues and our customers.

In addition you’ll need to demonstrate:

  • The ability to work well under pressure

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Motivation to forge excellent professional relationships with customers and colleagues 

  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic to succeed

  • Confidence with Microsoft Office and Google packages
