The job in a nutshell

Part Time: 27.5 Hours

As our Property & Development Administrator you’ll be supporting Property, Development and Construction teams.

What you’ll be doing

  • Accountable for the timely processing and record keeping of all Property and Development invoicing, including the submission of approved invoices on a monthly basis to meet with AP payment deadlines, co-ordinating any updates and enhancements to the system as necessary

  • Manage the Property inboxes and provide timely responses to all communications

  • Maintain both internal and external relationships with key stakeholders and functions within the business, including external suppliers and contractors, providing regular updates on queries and concerns

  • Book travel requirements and accommodation, as required, for the Development and Construction teams 

  • Attend various monthly team meetings, coordinate any minutes or actions and circulate documentation to the team

  • Provide Team comms and co-ordinate activities following action points taken as the Team's representative at Social and Head Office forums (Google Communities, Charity events etc)

  • Support the PA to Chief Property and Development Officer and cover and administrative duties as required; (eg writing letters, taking minutes on conference calls, agendas, printing and any postage needs)

  • Provide support for the Development and Construction teams, as required

  • Manage incoming post for the Property and Development Department

  • Liaise and update new hotel information board approval packs for the PR team

  • Update and manage the internal Property Database, including adding new sites and new users

What we’ll expect from you

  • Strong administration experience.

  • Effective communicator both verbal and written. 

  • Self-motivated with a professional persona and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.   

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

  • Previous experience working in a Property Environment would be a bonus.
