Are you passionate about creating an inviting work environment where everyone feels they can belong?  If you are an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Manager looking to bring a positive impact we want to hear from you.  Internally known as our Wellbeing and Inclusion Manager, this role has the option to be either full time (37.5 hours p/w) or part time (4 days per week or a 9 day fortnight).

What’s it all about?

You will be responsible for developing and delivering the company’s Wellbeing & Inclusion agenda, ensuring it is aligned with the overall people and company strategy, and reinforcing Travelodge’s commitment to continue creating a culture that encourages and values wellbeing and inclusion at work.

You will lead the creation, planning and delivery of the wellbeing and inclusion annual agenda whilst measuring and tracking the success of key initiatives. You will also build key relationships with stakeholders and make sure key training materials are kept up to date.

Who will this appeal to?

You will already likely be experienced in delivering effective wellbeing and inclusion strategies, influencing stakeholders using data to drive the agenda. You will have strong organisational and analytical skills to develop insights, drive decisions and measure impact

Full time and part time hours are available.
