Apprenticeships at Travelodge

For our hotel colleagues we run the Aspire Programme in partnership with our training provider, which offers Hotel Managers and Assistant Hotel Managers the opportunity to complete a Nationally recognised qualification in Hospitality.

At the Support Office we work alongside specialist training providers who offer professional qualifications at all levels that can be funded via our Apprenticeship Levy. These include industry recognised qualifications in Finance, Sales, Digital, IT, Project Management, Customer Services and Data Analytics.

Aspire is our internal development programme for our Hotel and Maintenance colleagues and offers development from Team Member to Hotel Manager.

Aspire has been developed specifically to help you build the skills and experience you need, either in your current role, or to help with your progression.
