We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory and Systems Administrator to join our team. This combined role involves working closely with the warehouse team and other departments to ensure efficient inventory management and system administration.
What’s it all about?
You will be the administrator for multiple systems we use within maintenance like WASP (Inventory System), IPOS (ordering of goods and parts) and Verisae, our job logging system.
This role will have user access in order to edit any software, add new or change equipment/parts on our systems and eventually order different parts and help log jobs as cover for annual leave.
Part of this role involves creating and pulling reports for stakeholders across the business. You will track how often our engineers use tools or resources, pull together reports of costs of goods and parts and send this across in a monthly report. These reports will help the business make informed decisions and manage costs effectively.
