You’ll be supporting hotel teams by finding solutions to booking and operational challenges, helping protect revenue and deliver great guest experiences. Every day is different – and you’ll work closely with teams across the business, using real-time data to make decisions that matter.
 

What’s it all about?

In this role, you’ll manage and prioritise a high volume of booking and operational queries from over 580 UK hotels, providing clear solutions via email. You’ll support the outbooking process to protect revenue, work closely with the Revenue team using live data to balance commercial and customer needs, and produce daily reports to help Maintenance and Events prioritise their work. You’ll also assist with room inventory changes, handle situations where hotels can’t trade due to health and safety or delays, and make quick decisions when working independently during early or late shifts. Your work will help ensure smooth hotel operations and a great experience for guests.

Someone who is organised and comfortable managing a busy flow of emails and queries, with strong attention to detail to keep information accurate will be great in this role. They’re confident working with data and reporting, able to work with different teams, and quick to make decisions- especially when working independently during quiet hours. Being calm under pressure, adaptable, and focused on finding practical solutions to keep hotel operations running smoothly will help them succeed.

What are the extra benefits of working for Travelodge?

 37.5 hours per week- Permanent role

 Up to £27,986 per annum depending on experience

 Shifts will be 10am-6pm, 3am-11pm, 5pm-1am or 8pm-4am

 Monday to Sunday Cover, with the occasional evening, weekend and bank holiday.

 Hybrid working- 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.
