What’s it all about?
This role supports managers with day-to-day people processes such as absence, AWOL, probation, and flexible working requests, while also advising on people policies and low-level employee relations cases. You’ll guide managers through all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit, and provide coaching on best practices. A key part of the role involves managing attendance cases, tracking data, and identifying trends to inform business decisions. Strong communication, organisation, and discretion are essential, along with the ability to assess risks and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
