Find where you belong!
Are you the kind of communicator who can bring a whole organisation together? Do you thrive when turning complex business messages into stories people genuinely care about? If so, this is your chance to make a big impact as Communications Manager at Travelodge. In this fast-paced role, you become the voice that connects our people to our purpose, values and priorities — helping colleagues feel informed, inspired and part of something bigger.
What’s it all about?
In this role, you will lead Travelodge’s internal communications strategy, working with senior stakeholders to turn business priorities into clear, engaging messages that build connection and culture. You’ll own content across our key channels — from leadership updates and newsletters to video and intranet communication — ensuring everything is consistent, creative and impactful.
You’ll shape senior leadership communications, monitor performance to improve engagement, and play a key role in crisis messaging. You’ll also support partner and external communications, including speechwriting and wider PR activity.
If you’re proactive, organised and passionate about using communication to bring people together, this role gives you the platform to make a visible, meaningful impact.

We call this “Better Me”.
Who will this appeal to?
This role is ideal for an experienced, highly organised communications all-rounder with strong internal communications expertise and confidence supporting external activity. You’ll excel at managing senior stakeholders, crafting clear and engaging messages, and bringing both corporate and PR experience to the table. With exceptional communication skills, commercial awareness and a creative storytelling approach, you’ll manage multiple projects at pace, use technology to streamline work and thrive as a collaborative, proactive self-starter who delivers high-quality results in fast-moving environments.
