Your Purpose
As our Marketing Operations Executive, in our Digital Marketing team, you will support the delivery of website improvements, content updates and testing activity. You will be taking ownership of our CMS platform (Drupal), managing and maintaining website content to ensure it is optimised across our digital channels. You’ll be responsible for implementing updates across key pages and supporting the rollout of changes that improve how customers discover and book with Travelodge online.
Your work will help improve the performance of our website and app over time. You’ll collaborate with Product and Marketing to support conversion optimisation, including implementing web and app experiments, managing destination and search content, and gathering insights on customer behaviour. The role involves working with structured data and reporting, so strong Excel or Google Sheets skills are essential, along with a basic understanding of HTML and how web page changes are implemented.
