Job Description

Are you passionate about leveraging technology to empower colleagues and managers? Do you want to play a key role in ensuring that Travelodge Connect (Our HRIS) provides a stable, reliable and engaging platform with automation and self-service at its core? If so, our People Systems Analyst could be the role that you’re looking for.

Your Purpose

You will provide day to day support for the Connect system, acting as the primary point of contact for user queries and providing a high level of customer service. This includes managing everything from access control and organisational configuration to complex troubleshooting in collaboration with external partners. You will design and maintain people data analytics solutions that empower the business through self-service reporting and real-time alerts. You’ll ensure all data delivery strictly adheres to security and protection guidelines while building automated triggers that prompt proactive business actions. By continually refining these tools, you will transform raw Connect data into sophisticated insights that directly enhance strategic decision-making.You will work alongside stakeholders and third party providers to deliver the Connect Roadmap, to continually promote opportunities for continuous improvement.

Your Strengths

This role will appeal to a technically-minded HR professional who thrives at the intersection of people processes and data-driven systems. If you possess a sharp eye for attention to detail and enjoy the challenge of analytical thinking, you will find fulfillment in supporting complex system configurations and translating raw data into actionable business insights. The position is ideal for a proactive problem solver who is eager to stay ahead of technological trends and enjoys collaborating with diverse stakeholders to streamline workflows.

Ultimately, it is a perfect fit for a highly organised individual with strong time management skills who can balance technical maintenance with a high-touch, customer-centric approach to user support. The ideal candidate would have prior experience of HR systems such as elementsuite or Zellis, and data platforms such as Good Data.

  • Hybrid working - a minimum of 60% of your time should be spent in the office
  • 50% personal discount for hotel bookings and great friends and family discounts too!
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing with length of service
