Find where you belong!

Are you commercially minded with a passion for data and analysis? Do you enjoy spotting trends, influencing pricing decisions and turning insights into action? If yes, our Pricing & Strategy Analyst position might be the right next move for you.

Your Purpose

As a Pricing & Strategy Analyst within our Revenue team, you will provide commercial analysis and support to help drive smarter pricing decisions, maximise revenue and deliver RevPAR growth across the business. Working with large data sets, you’ll identify trends, risks and opportunities that support pricing strategy and help Travelodge gain competitive advantage.

This role is all about using data and insights to influence commercial performance. You’ll analyse market trends, booking patterns and competitor activity, while supporting the optimisation of pricing systems and strategies across the business. You’ll be proactive, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing business needs. You’ll also be an effective communicator who enjoys collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.

In addition, you will maintain Travelodge’s pricing structures across systems, develop reporting suites to support faster decision-making, monitor and optimise IDeaS performance, provide weekly and monthly analysis, measure the impact of pricing changes and support wider project work across the Commercial Pricing & Analytics team.

Your Perks

  • Competitive salary Up to £31,000.00 Salary & Annualised Bonus
  • Contributory pension scheme
  • Hybrid working - a minimum of 60% of your time should be spent in the office and or visiting suppliers
  • 50% personal discount for hotel bookings and great friends and family discounts too!
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing with length of service
