Are you an experienced customer insight professional who can deliver actionable customer feedback insights to improve service quality? Do you have experience designing customer analysis and delivering actionable insights? If yes, our Senior Customer Insight Analyst position might be the right next move for you.

Your Purpose

As a senior analyst you will be dedicated to key areas such as Tripadvisor analysis and yearly targets for all of the central and field operations teams.

You will also be the primary reference point to carry out ad hoc analysis to support the Better Travelodge strategy initiatives. You will also create performance dashboards and reporting functionality on customer behaviour and lead the delivery of a number of customer insight related projects and analysis.

You will be the central point of contact for data collection and work with a wider team to deliver actionable insight through dashboard enhancements and reporting. You will constantly develop your own professional knowledge and awareness of customer behaviour, recommending the highest value solutions presenting insight and responding to any challenges as required.

 

Your Strengths

You will have at least 2 years’ experience with customer insight techniques in a data-driven organisation, excellent organisational skills and able to compile and interpret data from multiple channels into actionable recommendations.

In addition you will have a broad understanding of channels for gathering customer insight, the ability to work independently, deliver quick results, and proactively share ideas. You will be able to manage conflicting priorities, have a passion for customer insight, strong analytical skills with advanced Excel knowledge.
