Big Ben (The Elizabeth Tower)
Big Ben is well known as a symbol of the city, standing tall over London for 160 years now.
Technically, the bell within is the famous ‘Big Ben’, whereas the tower itself was named the Elizabeth Tower in celebration of Queen Elizabeth ΙΙ’s Diamond Jubilee. And now is the perfect time to visit as the tower has recently received a multi-million restoration to return it to its former glory!
The tower has reopened to the public with exciting new exhibition spaces, workshops and tour routes.
