For impressive views of the city, walk the castle walls. Start at Clifford Tower, a mere 0.2 miles from our York Central Hotel. The walk takes you around the longest and best preserved town walls in England. Parent Survival Tip: Bring paper and crayons for the kids. There are great opportunities for stone rubbings.
