What's included in the price of the room and what's not?
Rooms are deisgned to include all the essentials you will need for your stay for a great price. However we don't include in the price many of the extras that other hotel companies give you and then charge more for the room. VAT is included in the price of the hotel room but meals aren't.
Do you offer wireless internet access (WiFi) in hotels?
Yes we offer a chargeable WiFi service in most of our hotels. This service will allow any customers with a wireless enabled laptop or other similar device to access the internet or emails. Charges are payable in advance using a credit card and are based on the initial time that you register for the service and log on. For information on which hotels have WiFi facilities please look for the WIFI symbol on the hotel information pages.
Do you provide telephones in the rooms?
No, we do not provide a telephone service in the rooms for our customers. This helps to ensure we can keep our costs down and pass those savings on to you in the form of even more low-priced rooms.
Do you provide hairdryers and irons?
Yes, they are available from reception on a first come first served basis
Do you provide cots?
Yes, but availability is limited. Please call the hotel before your arrival to arrange to use a cot and avoid disappointment.
Do you have restaurants at Travelodge?
Most of our hotels have a food and beverage option. You can check options at each hotel by using the Parking and Facilities tab on a hotel page. Many hotels operate a Bar Café restaurant. If not they may be close by to an alternative restaurant or offer vending in the hotel.
Do you have TV's in rooms?
Yes, we have have TV's in all rooms. Where reception allows these offer a selection of digital freeview channels including additional subtitled channels for BBC1 and BBC2, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5. Analogue reception is available in all hotels without digital freeview offering terrestrial channels BBC1 and BBC2, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5 with subtitles available through the teletext button on the remote control.
