Do your family rooms have one double bed and one single bed or 3 beds per room?
Our family rooms have 1 king sized bed and 2 single pull-out beds per room.
What is your cancelation policy?
Our standard cancellation policy is 28 days prior to arrival. However, this can vary per booking so please check your contract.
What is the deposit percentage?
Our standard deposit percentage is 10% and is applicable if your booking value is £5,000 or over, however this can vary per booking so please check your contract.
What parking options does this hotel have?
All of our hotels have different parking options. Please refer to our website and select the hotel in question for information on parking.
What is the price of breakfast?
Some of our hotels offer Full English Breakfast and others offer Breakfast Boxes. Please refer to your offer for the prices on breakfast at the hotel you have selected to stay at.
Can we check in early for all rooms?
We are able to offer some early check ins for group bookings and this is £10.00 per room, however the number of them that we can offer is at the hotels discretion. We can normally only offer 1 or 2 per group as the hotel needs the time between check out and check in to clean all of the rooms. If you would like us to ask the hotel how many we can offer you then please let us know.
Can we cancel 2/3 rooms on the day FOC?
Our standard cancellation policy is 28 days prior to arrival, however this can vary per booking so please check your contract. If you need to cancel a couple of rooms on the day of arrival FOC then we would need to check with the revenue manager if this is possible as you will be outside of your cancellation period, so your rooms would be non refundable. This sort of request is taken on a case by case basis so we are not able to guarantee that this would be possible.
If I’ve paid do I still need to send the signed contract back?
We take payment as acceptance of our terms and conditions however yes, we do need you to sign and return the contract to us for our records.
Does the hotel have a luggage room?
This will vary per hotel, some of our hotels do and some do not. We would need to check this with the hotel in question.
Are the rooms held for 3 days or just the rates on the offer?
Once we send you your offer, your rates are held for 3 days but your rooms are not held. All quotes are subject to availability.
What are your check in/check out times?
Check in is from 3pm and check out is 12 noon.
What extras do you offer excluding rooms and food?
Pets – your pet can stay with you for just £20.00 per stay

Do you have a child policy?
Yes, our policy is that we require any guest under the age of 16 to have an adult aged 18 or over to stay in the room with them. This policy is for Health and Safety regulation as well as being industry standard.
