Historical attractions nearby include STEAM – the Museum of the Great Western Railway, which is located in a restored Grade II railway building in the heart of the former Swindon railway works, and within walking distance of the hotel. Old Town Swindon is also nearby – full of character, with charming shops and scenic green spaces like Shaftesbury Lake, Town Gardens and Coate Water – perfect for a breath of fresh air.
Families looking for days out will have plenty to choose from too, with Butterfly World, Cotswold Wildlife Park and Longleat Safari Park all just a short drive away – making Swindon Travelodge an ideal base for fun-filled adventures.
