West Harrow - great for culture vultures

Lying to the west of Harrow (as the name suggests), this residential area of north-west London is considered the bohemian part of Harrow.

At Usurp Art Gallery, which was converted from an old butcher's shop, you can see exhibitions and local artists at work in their studios. There's a thriving jazz community here too, with saxophonist Courtney Pine and bassist Gary Crosby performing regularly in the area.
