Summer is here, which means it’s festival season. No matter what you’re into; music, food, drink, circus acts or even something more relaxing like yoga there’s a festival in the UK waiting just for you. We’ve put together a list of festivals you’ll want to be at this summer.

The Great british Beer Festival

Great British Beer Festival- London | 6-10th August 2019

One of the biggest events on the beer and cider calendar, The Great British Beer Festival brings together everything that any real ale fan would love- no imitations here! Everything from ciders and perries, to international beers, and even some delicious street snacks thrown in for good measure, there’s something for every palate. The experience doesn’t just stop at the tasting, There’s plenty of time to soak in the traditional pub atmosphere and test your skills on a variety of traditional games too.

Shambala Festival- Northamptonshire | 22nd-25th August 2019

‘Adventures in Utopia’ await you in the heart of the Northamptonshire countryside at Shambala Festival. You’ll find everything at this independently run event, from world-class cabaret to inspirational talks and debates, yoga, jaw-dropping circus and acrobatics, stand up comedy, interactive theatre and music performances. While some summer festivals are all about partying hard, Shambala takes a different approach with the aim to relax and revitalize, promoting inclusiveness no matter who you are, all while having fun and making new friends in the process.

Pub in the Park Festival

Pub in the Park- UK wide | weekends throughout May-September 2019

If you’re a foodie after some amazing dishes cooked by some of the world’s best chefs then clear your calendar. From May through to September, Pub in the Park returns to several picturesque parks across the UK with Tom Kerridge at the helm. There will be loads of pop-up pubs and restaurants serving plenty of mouth-watering grub throughout the weekend boasting both local and world-wide cuisine, as well as demos from big names of the business such as Fred Sirieix (who you’ll recognise from Channel 4’s First Dates), Bake Off’s Candice Brown and Angela Hartnett, along with plenty of shopping opportunities!  With all of this, there will be a huge variety of musical acts so you can have a dance after your indulgence with headliners across the UK -wide tour including Will Young, Kaiser Chiefs, Razorlight and Clean Bandit.

The Big Feastival

The Big Feastival- Cotswolds | 23rd August- 25th August 2019

The clue’s in the name. If you’re after a feast of a festival, then The Big Feastival is perfect for you. Set in the picturesque Cotswolds with a huge music lineup including Jess Glynne, Rudimental and The Zutons, a whole host of fun family activities including a massive playground, a giant tipi, a carousel and a campfire, alongside a whole array of mouth-watering food it’s truly a treat for all the senses. Also, new for 2019 is The Exchange stage which is focussing on community and conversation. The new stage will play host to all manner of talks and discussions and will even feature some very special guests.

Taste of London Festival

Taste of London- London | 19th-23rd June 2019

Gather at Regents Park for a celebration of London’s best food, restaurants and chefs at Taste of London. Learn (and taste!) the best dishes and techniques from London’s culinary crème de la crème and get an insight into how the restaurant industry works.  Don’t be afraid to get your hands dirty at this festival either, there are plenty of demos, masterclasses and experiences to take part in. Add to this lots of live entertainment from DJ and saxophonists to set the tone, (hopefully) some summery sunshine and you have the recipe for a fantastic weekend in London.
