Travelodge and HotelHub announce new integration offering an enhanced booking experience for TMCs
The UK’s first budget hotel brand Travelodge, and HotelHub, the leading provider of hotel booking solutions to global travel management companies, have today announced a new integration which will allow TMCs to access the hotel chain’s complete room inventory in any point of sale, both online and offline.
The launch of this new connection unlocks an enhanced booking experience for TMCs and their customers, delivering enhanced visibility of Travelodge’s offering – including more rooms, rates and richer content through visuals and descriptions. Additional functionality empowers TMCs to cancel and amend reservations directly, giving them greater flexibility and control over the booking process and seamless payment processes.
Connecting seamlessly with HotelHub’s powerful content management tools, the integration promises to maximise booking efficiency while allowing TMCs to deliver the Travelodge content their customers demand, in the booking platforms they choose.
Paul Raymond, HotelHub’s chief commercial officer, commented:
‘The Travelodge integration is an exciting development for our customers, who have been keen to see these additional capabilities. The direct connection will give our TMC partners greater autonomy to manage their hotel strategies the way they want and we believe that it will pave the way for further developments in the future.’
Nick Jacobs, Sales Director at Travelodge, added: “ Our partnership with HotelHub means we can significantly extend our reach to even more TMCs, providing our business customers with an even better experience and greater choice of options. Connecting with HotelHub’s management tool, we can ensure that TMCs see the latest and most up-to-date content across our wide hotel estate, providing a smoother and easier experience.”
