Non-Executive Chairman

Stephen Shurrock was appointed as Chairman on 25 November 2025, having been a director since 30 January 2014.

Interim Chief Executive Officer

Ray Reidy was appointed Interim Chief Executive on 20 August 2026, having been Chief Financial Officer since 7 April 2025

Independent Non-Executive Director, Chair of the Sustainability Committee and member of the Audit Committee & Remuneration Committee

Helen Normoyle was appointed as a director on 1 January 2022 and is Chair of the Sustainability Committee.
