Owlpen Manor - a historic Tudor mansion

Set in a valley beneath the Cotswolds Hills, Owlpen Manor is a romantic Tudor house with oodles of history. Inside, the manor is filled with textile wall hangings and family portraits, and even has a Great Hall dating back to the Tudor era. Entry to the house is limited to groups, so book ahead to make sure you're not disappointed.

Its glorious gardens are also open to the public, so you can also explore the beautiful 17th-century hanging terraces and Georgian mill pond, as well as stopping by the kitchen garden.
