Great football and celebrations at Sixfields Stadium

Found just outside of the centre of Northampton, Sixfields Stadium has been the home of the town's football team since it was first opened in 1994. While the ground is best known for sport, it has a range of meeting rooms and event spaces for hire and also has outdoor marquee space which can hold up to 800 guests.

Away from Sixfields Stadium, sports fans will find plenty more to enjoy when they visit Northampton. The County Ground in the town is home to Northamptonshire Cricket Club, while local rugby league team Northampton Saints play at Franklin's Gardens. Golfers of all abilities will also love the Delapre complex, which boasts five courses and a floodlit driving range among its many facilities.

Architecture enthusiasts will love visiting 78 Derngate, the only house in England designed by the famous Charles Rennie Mackintosh.
