Rock around the clock at Leeds Festival

Leeds Festival is held every August bank holiday at Bramham Park, around 10 miles from the city. The sibling of Reading Festival, the two festivals are held at the same time and share a billing. Some of music's biggest names have played at Leeds Festival including Kasabian, Mumford & Sons and Eminem. With multiple stages including space for new talent and edgier acts, this is the place for true music lovers.

Exploring West Yorkshire

Bramham Park is very well situated with easy access to some of Yorkshire's most popular attractions. The magnificent Harewood House is under 20 minutes away by car and home to stunning state rooms; wonderful art including Turner oils, a farm experience and bird garden. For more animal magic head to Tropical World Leeds, around a quarter of an hour away, home to plenty of exotic creatures including macaws, meerkats, spiny mice and tortoises. Temple Newsham House is also an easy drive and is great value for the whole family with stunning gardens, a home farm, playground and house to explore.

York, Harrogate and Leeds

York, Harrogate and Leeds are all within half an hour's drive. Don't miss a trip to York's Chocolate Story, and a walk around the city walls is also a must.
