Some of our hotels offer discounted parking for guests at a nearby NCP car park. Redeemable only via the App, this step by step guide will guide you to redeeming your code.
Step 1: Download the NCP Park Pass app from the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store (Android).
Step 2: If it’s the first time you’ve downloaded the App, Click on the ‘New to NCP ParkPass?’ link to register a new account. If you are an existing user of the NCP ParkPass app, you can skip to step 9.
Step 3: Complete your details and register your account. Underneath your vehicle reg is a question ‘Do you have a SaverID’? Choose ‘YES’.
Step 4: In the text box, enter your SaverID (promo) code which you can find either on the hotel page (under Parking Information) or in your booking confirmation / pre-stay email. Then click ‘Activate’.
Step 5: Your offer will then be applied. Complete all required fields then press the yellow ‘Register’ button at the bottom.
Step 6: You will be asked to set up a 4 digit PIN code for the app.
Step 7: Registration is complete! Please allow a few minutes for the SaverID code to be activated.
Step 8: Check the SaverID code is applied to your account – you can do this by clicking the ‘Menu’ icon in the top left and choosing ‘SaverID’.
Step 9: If you are already registered, or wish to add another SaverID, you can do this in the same place of the app. You may need to Remove an existing SaverID as you are only able to hold two at one time.
In the text box, enter your SaverID (promo) code which you can find either on the hotel page (under Parking Information) or in your booking confirmation / pre-stay email. Then click ‘Activate’.
Step 10: If you have entered a valid SaverID code, it will now appear in your list of stored SaverIDs.
Step 11: To redeem the discount, you need to scan your QR code on arrival at the qualifying car park. On arrival, tap Menu and then choose ‘Barrier QR code’.
Step 12: Click ‘View / Manage QR code’. (You can also choose Print QR code to print a copy at home).
Step 13: Scan the displayed QR code at the barrier for entry. The discount should be automatically applied. You may be asked to provide payment information before you can scan your QR code, so have a valid credit/debit card handy!
All parking suggested under the parking information section is owned and managed by NCP and any queries or comments should be placed with NCP directly as our hotel team will not be able to assist you.
