To minimise contact with rooms our housekeeping teams will not enter your bedroom during your stay unless you are staying more than six nights. If you require additional tea and coffee or towels during your stay, please ask a member of our team who will be happy to help.
Our housekeeping team will not enter your room until after you check out, unless you are staying for more than six nights when your room will be cleaned automatically on the seventh day of your stay. If you do not wish to have your room cleaned at all during your stay, please place the Do Not Disturb hanger outside your room.

All linen and towels are thermally disinfected after every stay.

We have strict processes in place that our hotel teams follow when they arrive for work or if they start to show symptoms or if they cannot come in to work.
There is a communication displayed in every room clearly outlining our safety procedures and actions our guests must take if they feel unwell and have COVID-19 symptoms. All hotel team members are also fully trained on the procedures they must follow should this situation arise.
The Government has yet to publish guidance in relation to quarantine for international travellers. When guidance is provided, we will update our policies in line with them.
We are in the process of reopening our Bar Cafes and the majority will be open by the end of October 2020.
In line with government guidelines and our commitment to the health and safety of all our customers and hotel team members, our Bar Cafes are operating table service only for breakfast, dinner and drinks from the bar.
Please be aware that it is mandatory for customers must wear face masks in all public areas including Bar Cafes unless seated at a table.
To help us adhere to social distancing measures customers joining us for breakfast are required to pre-book a time slot with our reception team.
To minimise contact and touch points throughout our hotels, we are no longer able to offer luggage storage. Guests can continue to use their room, including for luggage storage, until 12 noon on the day of departure.
