Travelodge UK’s leading budget hotel chain is delighted to announce the imminent opening of a 60-bedroom hotel at the exciting new Derry’s Cross Development, creating 40 jobs for local people.
Plymouth is a prime area for both leisure and business travellers, and with its central location, high level of service and excellent value for money, the new Travelodge will provide the perfect base for every type of traveller. Whilst creating jobs for people in the area, the Plymouth Travelodge will also boost Plymouth’s growing leisure and tourism offering.
With all job vacancies to be filled before its official opening in September, Travelodge are inviting enthusiastic, motivated and committed people to come along to a recruitment day being held on Saturday 26 July at the Plymouth Job Centre, Buckwell Street.
From 10.00am to 2.30pm, the Job Centre will act as an information point for anyone interested in a career with the UK’s leading budget hotel chain Travelodge. A wide variety of posts are available, including Day and Night Receptionists, a Reception Supervisor, a House Keeping Supervisor, a Linen Porter and Guest Room Cleaners.
A Travelodge representative will be on hand at the Job Centre to answer questions and provide information to potential applicants. Those with a keen interest in becoming part of the Travelodge team will be asked to fill in an application form and hand it in to the Job Centre. Interviews for the various positions will take place during August.
