“As we look to the future, Merseyside is growing from strength to strength and is   attracting visitors from all corners of the globe. However there is a shortage of good quality and low cost accommodation in key growth areas across the county. To fulfil this need we are actively looking for a further three hotel sites in: Birkenhead, Formby and St Helens. Collectively this expansion programme represents an investment of £18 million for third party investors and will create 75 new jobs.”

Luciana Berger, MP for Liverpool Wavertree, said:  “I am really thrilled to be in the opening of this fantastic new hotel. It’s great to see the wall, centrally placed in the hotel’s café, dedicated to our city’s greatest achievements and landmarks.  The artwork on display truly pays homage to what makes Liverpool so loved as a city.  The hotel will serve a vibrant new creative area including the new Littlewoods Studios – the Hollywood of the North.  This new hotel will welcome investors to the city and create vital jobs for people locally.”
